About the Booking Process:

How do you arrange a meeting or a Telephone Appointment?

Please follow this link to our Enquiry Page and our office team will get back to you and arrange an appointment.

How Long do we hold the wedding date?

We can only hold your wedding without a Deposit until someone else enquires about it and if they want to confirm the date we would then contact you and ask for a deposit to secure the date. Deposit is £1000.

When is your office Open?

Our Office is manned 9am – 3pm Monday – Friday.

You can send an email out of office times which we respond to daily.

Who do we deal with during the planning process?

Once you have had your meeting and a detailed quote, Natalie our Office Manager will be looking after all questions, amendments and invoicing. Then you will be introduced to your event manager who will be running the day for you.

How do we secure our Wedding Date?

Once you have received a detailed quote from Cheeky Chilli, our office Manager will send over a Deposit Invoice to be paid within 2 weeks. If it is not paid within this time or if we do not hear back from you then we will have to release the date.

About the Wedding Day:

When do you need our Final Catering Numbers?

We ask for your final numbers 3 weeks before your wedding day.

When do you need the Final Payment?

We ask for the final payment 2 weeks before your wedding day, once your final invoice has been issued we are unable to make any changes to your invoice within the 2 weeks. You can add on additional guests but we can’t refund any money after the 2 weeks.

On the day, who dresses the tables?

Cheeky Chilli will set up all the tables with Cutlery, Crockery and Linen (Subject to additional costs).

We do not provide glassware for the tables if you are providing your own drinks

Do you supply menus for the tables?

No we don’t supply menus for the tables.

Do you provide a toast master?

Unfortunately no, but your event Manager on the day will guide the toast master.

Will you cut up our Wedding Cake?

Yes of course, we can do this on the day but we ask you to supply platters for us to display this on.

About the Menus:

Can we mix and match the menus?

Yes of course, we price this accordingly when you have chosen your dishes.

Do you have a Children's Menu?

Yes, please follow the this Link.

What price do you charge for children?

We charge children’s prices if they choose to have dishes off our Children’s Menu.

Can I offer my guests a choice of menu?

Yes, but we can only offer 3 dishes per course which needs to include a Vegetarian and Vegan dish. This is an additional cost per option and per course.

Do you need a full pre order of our guests choices before the wedding?

Yes we do need a full detailed pre order which states table names, guests names and their food order and dietaries – Please download our Pre Order Form.

Is there a charge to have a choice menu?

Yes we charge an additional cost of £3.00 Per Person, Per Course.

Do we need to include a Dietary Option into our Canapé Choices and Wedding Menu?

Yes, we ask you to choose a Dietary (Vegetarian/Vegan) option into your canapés choices and Wedding Menu.

Evening Food - do I cater for all my guests or just a percentage?

As a Policy at Cheeky Chilli we ask you to cater for all your guests for the evening food, as you will be running the risk of running out of food on the night, which leads to complaints. This reflects badly on Cheeky Chilli as a company as it would appear to guests that we have run out of food so because of that, we do not under cater in the evening.

Do you cater for Gluten Free & Coeliac?

Yes, most of our Dishes are Gluten Free or can be adapted to be Gluten Free.

Do we get a complimentary taster?

Yes we do offer a Complimentary Taster for the Bride and Groom and this is offered when your wedding date has been secured with a Deposit.

When do we get to have our Taster?

We offer all our tasters at the beginning of the year of your wedding date ‘Subject to Availability’. We are unable to offer any tasters between March – September and December.

Do you offer Themed Menus or Dishes that are not on your menus?

Yes of course. We would ask you to send us as much detail as you can about what your wishes are and we will forward our ideas to you.
