Let our head chef, Phil and our operations manager, Kim walk you through the vast array of options we have available. While we have set menus featuring some popular and traditional dishes, these are just a reference point. It’s your wedding, and you can have whatever suits your taste buds and your budget.
Likewise, there’s no reason to restrict yourself to a sit-down meal. If you prefer a hot and cold buffet service for your guests, we can arrange that. Alternatively, you might wish to hold a casual outdoor wedding with a pop-up street food stall. Whatever your preference, we try to accommodate you.
We know some of your guests are likely to have certain dietary preferences or restrictions, but that’s no reason for them to miss out on the fabulous flavours and aromas concocted by our chefs. We can provide you with all manner of alternative dishes, including dairy-free and gluten-free options, as well as vegan and vegetarian meals.
Our head chef has been part of the cooking and catering industry for more than thirty years and continues to create new and innovative dishes. Every plate leaving his kitchen is a work of art, both in terms of how it looks and how it tastes. He is supported in this role by his son – Phil Jr – and his own team of assistant chefs, whom he continues to train to be the best that they can be.

We can provide all the soft and alcoholic drinks you need, along with a friendly, experienced team of bar staff to serve them to your guests.
