We provide everything you need to have a fully-functioning bar at your event, with trained and experienced staff to operate it.

When arranging your bar hire for the night, you need to let us know what sort of drinks you want us to serve. While we normally have a regular stock of the more popular alcoholic beverages, we can usually get our hands on anything you request, so long as we’re given sufficient notice. Prior to the event, we will sit down with you to go through your various options, including drinks packages and other deals that can save you money.
If you’re having a sit-down meal, you may wish to serve wine with it. We put together affordable wine packages to ensure that all the tables at your event get a decent supply of wine. Not only that, but our head chef Phil will be able to recommend the perfect wines to accompany specific dishes on your menu. With more than thirty years in the commercial food industry, he understands which flavours complement one another and can help you choose the right wines to maximise your guests’ enjoyment.
We know that not everybody will be drinking booze at your party. Whether they’re underage, designated drivers, or just prefer not to indulge, we make sure they are fully looked after. We can supply a range of still and sparkling soft drinks (including ‘diet’ or sugar-free varieties), as well as fresh tea and coffee. As with all our bar arrangements, if you have any special requests for soft drinks, let us know and we will see what we can do.
While we can’t promise a full cocktail bar experience for your guests (there are so many variations of mixed drinks that it would be impossible to do so), we can put together a couple of special house cocktails that should please the palates of most of your party goers. A member of our team will sit down with you and talk you through some of the more popular cocktails in our repertoire, or you can make your own request, if you have a particular drink in mind.
We have our own crew of bartenders that we know and trust to get the job done. Each member of our team has years of experience behind the bar so you know your guests will get the drink they want, exactly how they like it. Our bar staff arrive smartly dressed for the occasion and are always friendly and polite. They work quickly but effectively to ensure everybody receives their drinks in an orderly fashion.
For more formal events, such as corporate functions, awards ceremonies, and charity events, it is not always appropriate to have a manned bar where guests can queue for drinks. In these instances, our front-of-house team will be on hand to take orders at the tables instead.
