Our head chef Phil has been part of the catering industry for decades and he never fails to impress, putting together exciting and innovative dishes for wedding events across the North West. Together with our operations manager, Kim, he will walk you through your various options and our menu of popular favourites. All of these should serve as a reference point. It’s your day and your menu – if you have a particular dish you want to include, Phil will do all he can to come up with something spectacular.
If you don’t want a traditional sit-down meal, we can help you there, too. From pop-up street food tents for outdoor weddings, to hot and cold buffets for a less formal reception, we can put together the perfect wedding meal for you and your partner.
If your guests have particular dietary restrictions or preferences, they can still enjoy one of our fantastic meals. Phil can adapt most menus to provide dairy-free and gluten-free alternatives, as well as vegan and vegetarian meals for those who need them.
Our head chef Phil has his own team of assistant chefs and kitchen hands, including his son, Phil Jr. They have been hand-picked for their love of cooking and their dedication to their craft. Between them, they ensure that every dish that leaves the kitchen is cooked to perfection and presented like the work of art it is.
Our kitchen crew is complemented by our team of waiting staff. Smartly presented in full uniform, our front-of-house crew loves taking part in weddings across the region.
