Spring Has Sprung At Talhenbont Hall…

We are lucky enough to work with some of the most incredible venues in the region and the dreamy Talhenbont Hall in North Wales is right up there as one of the finest.

A stunning country estate, steeped in history and set in acres of beautiful gardens and ancient woodland; a wedding at Talhenbont Hall is nothing less than magical.

Nestled in the hamlet of Chwilog on the breath-taking Llyn Peninsula, Tahlenbont must be seen to be believed. It’s unrivalled setting, stunning interiors and luxurious accommodation plays host to some of the most unforgettable weddings and positions the Hall as one of the most sought-after wedding venues in the whole of Wales.

On the last weekend of March, Talhenbont threw open its doors to welcome couples and their extended families to see what this very special venue has on offer.

A stunning venue, whatever the season, the Hall and Coach House were dressed in their Spring best and the whole place took on a magical quality.

The florals, which were created by multi award-winning designers, Springbank, transformed the beautiful Coach House into a magical spring inspired wonder. Whimsical hanging tulips, complete with bulbs, and giant broom centrepieces added the drama, whilst beautiful displays of colourful Spring flowers added bursts of colour creating a spring garden-like feel for the top table.

Team Cheeky were on hand to keep guests topped up with delicious food all afternoon. We showcased our ever-popular street food style tray service options with tasty sliders, spicy Cajun prawns, succulent beef skewers, falafel balls with mint dressing and crispy chicken goujons.

Street food options are becoming increasingly popular for clients looking for something a bit different for their evening receptions food. Although traditional 3 course wedding breakfasts are still super-popular, many couples are ringing the changes with on-trend food stations serving up globally inspired favourites – adding a dash of theatre to the day!

With it’s stunning ‘Ibiza’ style terrace overlooking the River Dwyfach and dreamy outdoor ceremony area, it’s easy to see why Talhenbont Hall has been consistently voted North Wales finest wedding venue and we are super-proud to be their exclusive recommended caterer.
