We love a bit of traditional as much as the next man, but forget the overcooked turkey and cannon-ball sprouts and think scrumptious winter delights with a twist. Our super-chefs have cooked up a range of mouth-watering menus for the festive season, packed full of amazing flavours and new twists on traditional flavours. Think Curried confit turkey, red onion, raisins, and pickled cauliflower with spiced plum ketchup, followed by Herb crusted cod cheek, Jerusalem artichoke purée, potato dumplings, red wine jus; Mini beef wellington, watercress puree, port jus, braised carrots, parmesan, and truffle roast Potato, all finished off with an epic Mince and apple pie cheesecake panettone with orange ice cream doused in brandy caramel & dark chocolate – Christmas dining, but not as you know it!!
